Here’s what to expect

Before Your Appointment

If you are visiting us for an appointment or accompanying a patient, you are required to complete an online pre-screening questionnaire.

Please come on time because the time slot is kept specifically for your dental care. Due to the increased safety measures we have adopted, your appointments may take longer.

To maintain physical distancing, we request our adult patients to come unaccompanied unless you require assistance.

For very young children, we ask only one parent or guardian to accompany them.

When You Arrive For Your Appointment

Once you have reached the premises, please call us and we will let you know when we are ready to bring you in.

Please ensure that the online COVID-19 questionnaire is completed prior to coming inside.

Masks/face coverings are mandatory before entering the clinic. Please wear shoe covers that are kept at the entrance.

Inside the clinic one of our staff will ask you a few more screening questions and check your temperature.

There is a hand sanitizing station at the entrance for your convenience.
